We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was absolutely luxurious. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities, including in, room breakfast, and a private terrace with stunning views. the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace area were also exceptional.
We had some organizational issues upon arrival due to a lack of staff who assisted with check, in and check, out.

We loved our stay here! The hotel staff were amazing - they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, including taking care of our baby while we ate breakfast and helping us locate a lost phone. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spacious and well-decorated rooms with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The location was also great, as it was close to the medina but in a quiet and residential area. Additionally, the hotel staff provided easy transportation options, including access to a taxi stand.
Nothing all excellent.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, we were able to explore the markets and shops with ease. The breakfast was delicious with fresh local ingredients, and the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and attractions to visit. We appreciated the comfortable beds and clean rooms with plenty of space to relax.
The room we had was a bit noisy at night, with street sounds and activity filtering in. The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and was a bit intermittent, which made it difficult to stay connected and communicate with family and friends at home.

Had a great Easter break at this beautiful traditional Moroccan home. A delicious breakfast was included and enjoyed with a stunning view of the city from the rooftop terrace. Location provided a great base for exploring the local markets and attractions. the friendly staff were a highlight, with their attentive service adding to the overall experience.
The room was a bit noisy at night, with sounds from the surrounding area making it hard to sleep. the bathroom facilities were also a bit outdated, and could do with some modernization.
